Roots to Rise — a RootsUp Foundation initiative empowering rural women in Chirki, Giridih (Jharkhand) through waste-to-wealth training, traditional art forms (Batik, Bandhani, Pattachitra), handicrafts, and entrepreneurship development. Targeting 50 young women and girls, the project transforms discarded materials into marketable products while building financial independence, leadership, and sustainable livelihoods — turning waste into wealth, skills into oportunities, and women into entrepreneurs.
